Dr. Oleh S. Slupchynskyj is a distinguished double board certified and fellowship trained Facial Plastic Surgeon offering specialized cosmetic and reconstructive surgical expertise specific to the head, neck and face. In private practice for over 10 years with offices on the Upper East Side in New York City and West Orange, New Jersey, Dr. Slupchynskyj is sought after by patients from around the globe for his pioneering techniques in facial cosmetic surgery, with proven, outstanding results.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Dr. Slupchynskyj received his undergraduate degree at Fordham University where he was president of Emergency Medical Services, member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society, was awarded the M. Passarelli Science Award and graduated magna cum laude. He then received his medical degree at New York Medical College where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Slupchynskyj conducted his General Surgery residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, and his Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery residency at the preeminent New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, also in New York City. Following his residency, Dr. Slupchynskyj was selected for an intensive fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Rochester.
Dr. Slupchynskyj is double board certified through the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, is a Diplomat with the National Board of Medical Examiners and is a member of the following Societies: American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology, New York County Medical Society, American Academy of Otolaryngology Allergy, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Slupchynskyj has been asked to speak at numerous meetings of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery on his innovative surgical techniques and scientific studies.
